     There are several chapters on styles you can download at this

There are also other chapters and manuals on OOo on this page as well.

I have not been able to put together the concepts of templates and styles.

I think that they work together.  But how.

I have the book Writer Guide but not sure on how to do all this stuff.  This
thread is helping.

I am trying to set up the Style (do I need a template as well?0 to produce
the By-Laws of an organization to which I belong.  So far nothing but stuff
all over.
