[users] Writer, Ctrl-F3 is not bringing Autotext dialog.

Hello.

I am encountering that pressing Ctrl-F3 does not open Autotext dialog. I
see this on 3 machines: one with OO 2.0.4 RC3, the other post 2.0.4
680m3 and OO 1.9xx (all WinXP).
Ctrl-F3 is correctly mapped to "Autotext" in Tools\Customize\Keyboard.

What could be the reason for that?
