I have 2.0.2 on a Linux OS. Mozilla/Netscape is the first option,
Thunderbird the second.
Wait. I have the en_GB version, probably released much later than the
first 2.0.2 and with more class.
On my Kubuntu machine, I had the choice of using KDE's address book,
or another external data source. Note that I don't have Thunderbird
installed, but it didn't seem to search for it as the wizard came up
rather promptly.

I wonder now whether the difference relates to the choice of desktop. I
have an option in Tools >Options which was missing in those dark days
when I still used Kde.
Before I next log in to Xfce, I'll slum it again and launch OpenOffice
on Kde.
