Googling is the best way to find it
but if you just need to view the files
that Visio has a free Viewer program
My copy of Visio does not work on XP
so I do not have Visio any more
Do any out here know if

I usually use Draw for these work. With using gallery it can be fit my
requiments. Only problem: Draw can't open Visio files.

We can use Draw for these tasks. We should improve gallery content to
make available more elements for Visio like applications.
We have got galleries with various themes, and you can use it.

(Also you can download OxygenOffice Professional which includes these
element out-of-box.)
Can someone contribute more Visio like elements for gallery. I think in
this case it would be near perfect for this works.

We still have the problem of there is no free program that can read Visio
files and convert them to another format. It will take Visio itself to
convert the files.
However, you have a great idea, however. Now we have to figure a way to
save them in another format such as svg, until the OpenDocument Format is
universal.
