Dear Sir, I'm using OpenOffice.org 2.0.4 at my office. The OS is Ms. Windows XP. We have a printer HP 1010 that plugged at a computer and we shared it to the network. The problem is we cant print from the OpenOffice.org to the network printer. The problem will be fixed if we restart the PC where the printer is plugged and the PC where the OpenOffice.org application used to print. But the problem will be happened again in the next days. So everyday we have to restart the PC just for printing from OpenOffice.org. But PC that using Microsoft Office can print well, no need to restart. The network works well, we can ping each other from both PC and we dont use wireless network. Is there something wrong with the network printer or there is some option that we have to check in OpenOffice.org to use the network printer? Thanks for the help.. P.S. :Sorry if my sentence structure looks bad. English is not my native language. Benny Herlambang PT. Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa Jl.
