Clean the keyboard with an alcohol based solvent.
I have seen people unplug them take them to a shower and hose them
down. Just make sure you use a mild soap, and rinse well. Of course
they gave them plenty of time to dry off afterward, :-D.
Now, if you asked a sensible question and explained a little about
your system - which version of which OS, which version of OOo, what
are stickykeys etc. then someone might be able to give you a sensible
answer.
