You need to use the one which is included on your System disks.

The X11*User* package in the following location:
*Mac OS X Install Disc 1 - /System/Installation/Packages/X11User.pkg*

This, and other MacOSX settings related to this, are in an oft-quoted
resource which you should get/read.
