Thanks for the info James.

Trashed the OO application, but could find nothing in Library folder.
Did a Spotlight search and could find nothing else identified as
OpenOffice.
Do I assume it is cleared?

When I first started using OO, about two weeks ago, everything was fine.
Suddenly, I began to get an occasional gray screen. Only way I could get
rid of it was to Force Quit. Obviously something not right.

After I do another System/Utility check I will again reinstall OO.
