Open the presentation file in OOo. In the Workspace area (middle
section), there are five tabs at the top. One of them is Handout.
Click it. The Task pane should now have its Layout section open. If
the Task pane is not visible, View > Task Pane will open it. With 20
slides, you might want to click the four slide layout.
