[users] Problems opening web-based spreadsheets

I am using OpenOffice 2.0.4  I am having trouble opening up  interactive 
Excel spreadsheets online.  When attempting to open the  spreadsheet, I get the 
warning:
"You must have the Microsoft Office XP Web Components" and allows a link to  
a Microsoft website.  My other computer has Office 2003 and opens the file  
with no problems.  Do you have any downloads which would enable me to open  up 
the spreadsheets using open office?
