You have not said anything about installing OpenOffice.org. Go
to the folder containing the files you unpacked and look for
setup.exe which should be near the bottom of that folder. When you
find it double click it.
Before installing OOo, you might want to make sure your
anti-virus program is closed as well as your firewall program. Just
make sure you disconnect from the Internet before closing these two
programs. After doing this, double click setup.exe to begin the
installation process. When the installation is finished, restart the
anti-virus and firewall programs. Then reconnect to the Internet.
