You probably have either an anti-virus program or a firewall
running. You need to turn them off before installing OOo 2.0.4. BUT
BEFORE TURNING OFF these programs, disconnect your computer from the
Internet. That means removing the phone line or RJ45 cable (LAN).
After installing OOo, start your anti-virus and/or firewall first.
Then physically reconnect the computer to the Internet.
