The normal linux version will work.

The linuxdeb "architecture" will be the easiest to install in Ubuntu.

Alternatively you can wait until it's released as a normal Ubuntu update.
It
will probably take a couple of weeks, but it'll install as an update and
it
will be "Ubuntufied/ximianized" (different icons, java compiled, ximian
patches, the usual stuff).
