I agree that the size scrolling numbers do not have any
effect. This is a bug. The position numbers however do work.
To change the attributes (size, boldness, etc.) of the font
you must double click into the legend until the legend
border assumes a hashed frame, and a bar cursor appears
inside the legend words. Then you can right click and
change the size and other attributes. The legend box will
then expand or contract to accommodate the necessary space.
Please let me know what issue number you get when you report
the bug. I would like to track it too.
