It then asks win or winwjre - I can take it that the latter is with
jre but somebody with no experience isn't likely to be able to.
We then have en (stable), en (en-US), english US (en-US). Really? Are
the last two the same and are we to assume that they are not stable?
In any event 2.1, win, en (stable) isn't available at the moment.

RC means release candidate so that is the one you do NOT want.
If by en you mean en_GB, you normally have to wait for the language pack
to install on top of the en_US version.
