Thanks,  for the info.  I have always use upper case because of my eyes.

Well, you have two choices. If you want the prepackaged 
dictionaries to properly check your spelling, you must use lower case 
letters. The dictionaries are case sensitive: Chuck is not the same 
as chuck.
The second choice is to create a group of custom dictionaries in 
which all of the words are upper case. Then you could add your words 
one at a time to these dictionaries. Afterwards, your upper case 
words will be checked against those you entered into the custom 
dictionaries.
I suppose using all upper case could be a bad habit. But, doing 
so in an email is equivalent to "shouting." Not such a good idea.
