Well, you have two choices. If you want the prepackaged dictionaries to properly check your spelling, you must use lower case letters. The dictionaries are case sensitive: Chuck is not the same as chuck. The second choice is to create a group of custom dictionaries in which all of the words are upper case. Then you could add your words one at a time to these dictionaries. Afterwards, your upper case words will be checked against those you entered into the custom dictionaries. I suppose using all upper case could be a bad habit. But, doing so in an email is equivalent to "shouting." Not such a good idea.
