I have a compaq pc, armada 1750, 233 mhz, that has a new installation of
Windows 98, I just purchased Openoffice 2.0. I went through the
installation seemingly OK,
But when I start any of the applications I get the SUN logo with the
progress bar at the bottom. Task Manager says that the program is not
responding. So I stop the program with TM, the next time I try to run I
get the SUN logo but it quits afterward by itself.
I tried to run the repair utility but then when I try to run openoffice
I get the error STLPORT_VC1745.DLL missing.
Any suggestions?
