Someone recently published script to export all files of a folder to a
csv. The script contains a loop to save all sheets of each file to a
.csv. I have not used it myself.

It would be desirable if you could use the export command for a .csv,
just as the published script uses the method storeToUrl which means that
the file being exported remains. The .csv files are saved but are not open.
