Thanks again. teo 2006/12/12, Teodoro Senni <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > > > There's a bit of a traffic jam at the download sites and mirrors at the moment, due to the new release of OOo (2.1) When I took a look at the download site, it provided downloads for Mac, Solaris and Windows... didi you try the sidebar on the OS list? If it doesn't work, try again a bit later -- Guy Teodoro
Please reply to the users list. Good that it worked for you (the Mac download is still in a mess). As far as I know, PDF's can't be edited by OpenOffice (unless it's only a question of filling in a PDF-form). You'll have to use (expensive) Adobe, or search on the web to find some cheaper replacements (google "edit PDF" gives many). Maybe www.CutePDF.com (free) is a good option. -- Guy using english OOo 2.0.4 on a iMac Intel DualCore Tiger and dutch OOo 2.1 RC 1 on a G4 PPC Powerbook Tiger -- please reply only to [email protected] -- Dodoes can't afford to have headaches
