     Error 1995 seems to be quite common lately. It is cause by having 
an anti-virus program running during the install. Sometimes a 
firewall running will cause the same problem.
     Try this in the order listed:
1) Physically disconnect the computer from the Internet (phone wire or    
    RJ45 cable [LAN]).
2) Exit your anit-virus and firewall programs if they are running.
3) Install OpenOffice.org
4) Restart your anti-virus and firewall programs. Make sure they are 
running correctly before going to step 5.
5) Reconnect to the Internet.
