I don't know for a fact if either of these sources are safe or not. The
most reliable download source is:
http://download.openoffice.org/2.1.0/index.html
However, if you have already downloaded the latest version (2.1.0) of
OOo (OpenOffice.org), you should run an md5sum check on the download and
if it checks out OK this would suggest that you have a safe copy. For
information about the md5sum of your download go to:
http://download.openoffice.org/2.1.0/md5sums.html

As for Microsoft's security (oxymoron) signature, you can happily ignore
that warning, since few (if any) open source developers subscribe to
their signature program.

BTW Unless you are living on a different planet to the rest of us, you
might want to take a look at your computer clock's date.
