Dan Many thanks for replying, am using Ubuntu 6.1 edgy shipped with OO 2.0 & updated automatically from the web only yesterday. It was downloaded a few weeks ago from Canoncial ltd in uk as I have been trying different versions of Ubuntu linux for the first time, it looks very promising, am just fed up with MS. Have reinstalled OO database but makes no difference. Have tried creating different & very simple tables to create a form from, but to no avail. Creating forms manually is tedious to say the least, when the wizard does quite a good job in 2 mins, that you can always tweak afterwards.
