If you look at ~/.openoffice2/user/wordbook/ folder, you should
see three files: el_GR.aff, el_GR.dic, and hyph_el_GR.dic. These are
the files needed to spell check Greek including hyphenations. (There
may also be two zip files and two README files.) This is the correct
location if only one user on the computer uses OOo. Note: this folder
is also where any personally created dictionaries are kept by OOo.
Look at this folder in both the Power PC Mac and the Intel Mac to
see if they contain the same files. If not add the files. Also make
sure you change the dictionary.1st file to reflect the added
dictionaries. For information on what to enter in this file, look at
the other dictionary.1st file. It should be located
at ...<openoffice.org2>/share/dict/ooo/dictionary.1st. Possibly the
quickest way to find this second file is to do a search for all files
with this name. There should be two of them. One is in the home
folder. The other one is the one you want to open to read.
