(I am providing example). In file at http://www.mytempdir.com/1133344 : Cell A4 contains properly formatted input, and function returns expected result. Cell A3 contains date as parameter, but without quotation marks; function returns garbage. Cell A2 contains obvious garbage in input, function still accepts that.
