What vulnerability do you mean? The only thing I have heard of
recently has to do with malicious WMF files. Unless you are using WMF
files in an Impress presentation, even this does not apply.
As a precaution, I would not use any WMF file without knowing who
produced it.
My research has found that this vulnerability has been fixed in
OpenOffice.org 2.1. There have been some patches for OpenOffice.org
1.1.5.
