To whom it may concern: I have downloaded open office, bu have been unable to extract the file and install the program. The icon appears on my desktop as OOo_2_1_. When I click on the icon, it sais "windows can not open this file" "To open this file windows needs to know what program created it" It then sais it will go to the web to find the program, and from there nothing happens. How do I install the downloaded software. Thak you for your time, Eric
