Dan,
Thank you for your response to my e-mail. About the same time your e- mail came in I happened to look at the word processor and clicked on the File menu and selected New and found the various modules.

I would suggest that on the web site under the installation section, that you mention where to find the various modules and that the program always opens the word processor which is where you start from. I am so used to the seperate modules and icons from Office.

     Very little is wrong with OOo. Version 2.1 opens with an untitled
empty Writer document. However, File > New will provide a menu with
access to all of the other applications. Directly below File is the
New icon with a little downward pointing triangle on its right. Click
the triangle to get the same list.
