I am using the OpenOffice 2.0 version. A few days ago, I was working with
one of the programs (I believe it was the Draw program) and I used the
"Fontworks" feature with no problem. However, no matter what program I am
in, whether it be Draw, Impress, or Writer, I cannot insert a
Fontworks. I
looked in the Help section and it instructed me to click on the "Fontworks
Gallery" icon and choose a Fontworks Style. I did that and a window opened
up, but no Styles were displayed. I tried typing in a phrase and
highlighting it and then clicking on the "Fontworks Galler" but to no
avail.

How do I repopulate my "Fontworks Gallery"?

I tried to look for an answer to this problem on your website,
openoffice.org, but I could not make any sense of the system you have for
reports and issues. I am sorry if this question is a duplicate, but I
couldn't find anyway to double check.

Thank you

Hello Samantha,

Do I understand correctly that when you press the Fontworks Gallery button
in the drawing toolbar no dialog appears? If so surely the best thing to do
is to reinstall OOo, and since you are at it you may want to upgrade to
version 2.1 which is out now.

If the problem is different (e.g. the fontworks formatting toolbar not
showing), then the solution could be much less drastic :-)

Cheers,

Michele
