Ben:

I would like to clarify that you have written to a mailing list, staffed with
volunteers, not a Help Desk. OpenOffice.org is a part of the OpenSource
movement.

Now to your questions:

First, Export as PDF is found under the File menu.
Second, you need to open an issue for the problem with extra pages, or there
may already be one. Go to www.openoffice.org and click on the support menu
item. You will have to subscribe in order to submit an issue. Your
information will only be used to send messages to you about the particular
issue you filed.
Third, Are you speaking about autocorrect or automatic misspelled word
detection?

Lastly, because this is a volunteer effort there is no phone support. However,
if you are using one of the Sun supported platforms you can purchase StarOffice
for $89 per year and get telephone support. The price quoted is subject to
change and was based upon the last time I looked at the StarOffice product page
at Sun.
