If you want to make it permanent you need to set up a blank document as you 
want it and then save it as a template. You could either save it as your 
default template which will be used without you saying anything every time 
you make a new document, or you could save it as a special (named) template 
which you have to ask for every time you make a new document. Please look in 
the Help under "Templates" and under "Default Templates>Changing"
