If you have many on mail list, it is better to send to one address and
cc: rest of list then message stays small and mail server will spin out
the copies for you. Mail servers have controls on size of message and
the 1st might have been 7k but the rest of the list could be too large
for your server to process. Of course, I am assuming you have done this
before and speak from experience and are not trying to check if open
office can do some of your arcane desires ;-) .

I could cc: but the mails/letters wouldn't be personalized.
After doing some checking I found out you are in fact right about the
message size getting too large. My mail server had some anti-spam
function turned on and it wrongfully suggested I was a spammer.
I change to a different server and its now working as expected.
