No. Any program in MacOS X that can print can create a PDF, and MacOS X can display any PDF, but there is no ability to edit a PDF.
And, in general, it is not possible to edit a PDF. PDF forms can be filled in, PDFs being circulated for signatures can be signed, a limited amount of surgery can be performed by experts, and sometimes the information in a PDF can be extracted as text and imported into a word processor, but PDFs are, by intent, an output-only format.
