Thanks for the suggestion, I tried, and got the same results.  Any other 
possibilities?

Perhaps you need to rename this desktop icon 
to "OOo_2_1_0_Win32Intel_install_en-US.exe" (Replace the last 
underline "_" with a period "." Then try double clicking the icon.
