It is referenced on the OOo site. From the OOo home page, click
the Support link. On the Support web page, the first link in Free
Community Support is Documentation Project. On the Documentation
Project web page is a link to a page listing Guides. On this last
page is a link to the Guides written by OOo Authors. While this
requires going through several web pages, it is a logical
progression.

IMPORTANT:
http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/oooauthors2/ is the link
to the chapters for OOo 2.x written by the OOo Author's group. If you
note the URL I wrote earlier is missing the "2" after oooauthors. The
link without the 2 is the page containing the chapters written for
OOo 1.1.5 which are in *.swx format. With the 2, the link is to the
OOo 2.x chapters which are in PDF format. (If you know where to look,
they are also available in *.odt.)
