[users] Formatting with Calc

 I am using version 2.1 of OpenOffice.org. My problem is :
 
 I am trying to format the borders of a CELL with a DOTTED LINE but I can not 
find it on the line style available. Please let me know how I can solve this 
problem. I believe I used on previous versions of Open Office.
