Format > Page. Then set your margins at the bottom of the Page
tab. This is assuming you are using the same page style for all your
pages. (If you do not know what a page style is, this method is all
you need.)
There is a way of having pages with different formats such as one
having a portrait layout and another having a landscape layout, but
this is probably more than what you need. If at some point you want a
more complex layout of your document, write back to this mailing list
and someone will send you a link on what is involved.
