     Sorry, but OpenOffice.org is strictly an office suite. If you are 
looking for an alternative to Publisher, many on this list suggest 
Scribus. (You can do a web search to easily locate its web site.)
     I would think you would want to use an HTML editor for building a 
web site. Nvu is one possibility. Mozilla's Seamonkey is another. 
What you would want is the Composer part of Seamonkey. (Seamonkey is 
an entire browser suite.)
