gives a phone number, but understand that this will cost you. I'm not sure if 
you have to have StarOffice first, but I would think not, as StarOffice and 
OpenOffice are essentially the same product. Of course, with StarOffice being 
$70 and you get 3 calls in the first 60 days, vs. $30/call, it might be well 
worth it to buy StarOffice if you want to use the official support channels.

Now how good the official channel is, well that's something I have no 
knowledge about.
