OOo does not run VBA in Calc. It uses Starbasic instead. As far
as JRE (Java Runtime Environment) is concerned, download it from
www.java.com. After you install it, use Tools > Options >
OpenOffice.org > Java to get OOo to recognize where you installed
JRE. Then close OOo. If you have Quickstarter running in the System
tray (blue & gray icon with three birds), exit it also. Then restart
OOo.
