I know some StarOffice customers from us (Sun) that use Cytrix. One of them has SO running on 20 b balanced servers since more than a year now. The biggest problem they faced was that the user profile of SO was too big for them (4-5 MB) to include it into roaming profiles and so they have put it on a network drive. This made the first startup considerably slower so using SO without the Quickstarter was painful. Besides that I runs well. Perhaps getting some support could help you. Sun offers support for StarOffice and OpenOffice.org as well.
