A couple of ideas come to mind. You mentioned email. You should attach the file to the message, not copy & paste. Also, do you have a network that both computers are connected to? If so, there are a few different file transfer methods available. As for disks, they have to be some format that both systems can access. Normally those pen drives are FAT16 or FAT32.
