[users] Open Office 2.1

I have OO 1.1.4 installed and have been using it for some time. I would now 
like to install 2.1 instead on the presumption that it is better.  Is it indeed 
a desirable thing to do and if so, do I need to uninstall 1.1.4. before I 
attempt to install 2.1.  I have an Evesham AMD 64 3200 with a 200 GB hard drive 
and 512 RAM and I use XP with SP2
