[users] How to copy a template from one sheet to another without changing column widths?

I am using version 2 of open office.org. My problem is:
       I have made up a template in open office. org calc which I want to 
copy to at least 30 other sheets without the column widths changing from my 
original template. I have no problem using the copying procedure.
