I do not think that this is relevant to your problems. Can you please explain your problems a bit more. How does it happen, when does it happen, does it happen to all of your users or just a subset of them, is the users doing much at the time with other programs, did you verify that the computers having problems have no problmes with memory ( try a program called memtest ).
