I have a need to create a set (like around 500) of random numbers,
normally distributed, with a specified mean and standard deviation.
In Excel, there is a feature that allows doing this (you enter the
number of random numbers you want, the type of distribution (normal,
etc.), the mean and SD in the case of a normal distribution, and you get
the set of random numbers that you asked for).
I haven't been able to find a similar feature in Calc. Does anyone know
if one exists? Thanks.
