[users] How do i alter the keyboard shortcuts to what i want them as?

I am trying to create a macro for a unit i am sitting and they request that i 
make the keyboard shortcut alt+m but the help page isnt very helpful and doesnt 
explain how to do this. Is there a contact number i can call on because there 
are alot of things wrong with my open office
