I am aware of this option but I would like to send it as the body of the
email for different reason. Is there a way to manipulate this system to that
with out having to try to copy and paste????

Thanks,

You don't. Unless you can copy and paste, which I doubt, it has to be
sent as an attachment. File > Send will give you a choice of ways to send
the file. If the receiving party only has MS Office, you might want to
choose File > Send > Send as Microsoft Excell. If they also have OOo 2.0 or
higher, File > Send > Email as OpenDocument Spreadsheet.
