I am aware of this option but I would like to send it as the body of the email for different reason. Is there a way to manipulate this system to that with out having to try to copy and paste????

Unless you can copy and paste, which I doubt, it has to be sent as an attachment. File > Send will give you a choice of ways to send the file. If the receiving party only has MS Office, you might want to choose File > Send > Send as Microsoft Excell. If they also have OOo 2.0 or higher, File > Send > Email as OpenDocument Spreadsheet.
