Hi Annie This is a mailing list supported by volunteers, so there is no-one to phone you. Please tell us which version of OpenOffice.org you are using, and what operating system (Windows - which version, Mac, Linux, Solaris, etc). Then try to explain exactly what you have done and what extension is shown on the files names. In some versions of Windows this has to be turned on from the View menu of Explorer.
