It looks as though this file is stuck: ~/.openoffice.org2/user/registry/data/org/openoffice/Setup.xcu You could amend it with a text editor but since the file itself seems to be the problem, I'd be inclined to rename it to Setup.xcu.stuck (after shutting all OOo processes down) and re-start. Hopefully, you'll only have to go through the process ONE more time. My file has this: - - - quote - - - <node oor:name="Office"> <prop oor:name="ooSetupInstCompleted" oor:type="xs:boolean"> <value>true</value> </prop> <prop oor:name="LicenseAcceptDate" oor:type="xs:string"> <value>2006-07-26T15:17:11</value> </prop> - - - end quote - - - Yours probably has no "LicenseAcceptDate" entered and the previous value may be "false". -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/I-cannot-get-rid-of-welcome-dialog-tf3116812.html#a8645060 Sent from the openoffice - users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
