The first thing to do, is look at the rule set. If they take up less
than two screen pages, you are dealing with a minimal rule set. This
means that only basic grammatical errors will be caught. All of them
suggest/recommend/require the end user to add rule sets to cover their
most common grammatical errors.
IF the issue is something other than a minimal ruleset, to know what the
problem is, I'd need to know:
* What operating system they are using;
* Which grammar checker they are using;
* Which version of the grammar checker they are using;
* Which also need to know which version of Java/Python/Perl they are using;
* Why you think the grammar checker is not working. [Specific examples.]
